"Suggestion" of sorts

I see you're remodelling the site to make it look better, and I've decided to give you some hints/tips/critique etc. Sorry if I make it sound really harsh.

• 1. It's better to just have one skin for now, instead of loads and loads. That way the one you have will be the best, and that's what people will see when they come to your site, and think "woah nice skin." Make sure the colours are similar, and have text colours that are actually readable on the backgrounds
  
  
• 2. If you get a PM bar that goes above the banner, not beside it, it will look much better.
  
  
• 3. Removing the « Home » text below the banner will look better also
  
  
• 4. Change the background to something that isn't animated, or extremely detailed. A solid colour with perhaps a stripe of a lighter/darker shade works well
  
  
• 5. The drawn banner is good, but actual graphics look much more professional
  
  6. Having a main table instead of side tables (coded by Smangii; I know it's good, but anyone and everyone uses them. Have a main table with your own layout etc; it looks more professional, again
  
  
• 7. Put the Cbox in the footer, and change the width of the affiliates table so it isn't stretching across the screen awkwardly.
  

If you're unsure with what to do, take a look at my forum. I'm not bragging, but I know that it looks professional and well done, so guests are more likely to want to join.

I have too much free time, so if you want (and I'd be happy to) my help, just give me access to the headers/footers of the forum and I can sort it all out for you.

1. I agree, I was thinking of deleting some of them a while ago but decided against it. More than half of them are very old, like two years old, and I'm not sure who uses them lol. I'll get rid of the icky ones.

2. Yes I think that'd be an improvement as well.

3. Just home or the other links too? Where would we put them instead?

4. The skin I have set as default right now (Moon) is just a plain black background. Do we have animated skins? I'll get rid of the old ones I made with crazy backgrounds xDD

5. I really like the drawn banner; maybe we could have the default set as graphics but a second skin with the drawn banner? (This still needs to be approved by Wish :] )

6. I've seen some sites with both; we could have most of the stuff in the top header, but keep some at the side, like MOTM?

7. C-box is in the footer :] And yes, we could make the affilate bar larger so it fits the entire screen.

Your forum, as I have said before, is beautiful. And so are your graphics, I gave you headers and footers power.
